If you’re anything like me, you’ve lost track of time and suddenly realized that Father’s Day is less than a week away. Dads are definitely hard to shop for, check out this sentimental and easy DIY that seriously only took 3 minutes to make!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 5 x 7 frame
  • 5 x 7  Father’s Day print out
  • scissors
  • a penny from each year your family members were born
  • double-sided adhesive

I’m a huge fan of homemade gifts. Maybe it’s because they’re fun to make, or maybe because I think there’s something special about receiving a gift that can’t just be purchased at a store. What makes this DIY so sentimental for Father’s day is that each penny’s year should represent a family member. Especially because my dad loves to collect coins.

Here’s how to make this DIY:

  1. Print and cut the Father’s Day print out
  2. use double-sided adhesive to attach the pennies to the paper
  3. insert paper into frame

and viola! you have a perfect DIY gift for your father!

XOXO, Val
